Do you fancy a challenge to kick start your 2021, keeping you motivated by earning some bling?

We are challenging you to run or walk the distance along the River Thames (214 miles, 345km) and you have from 1st January 2021 until 21st February 2021 to achieve the target mileage!

Upload your proof online ahead of the deadline of 12 noon on 24th February 2021 to claim your medal. Please note that we only require one submission once you complete. Our site will ask you to confirm your distance in km (minimum of 345km), the more you do, the higher up the results table you’ll climb.

The race charity is the East Sussex Wildlife Rescue and Ambulance Service and they will receive a minimum of 20% of every entry fee.
