Race Information
Tri our tri challenge – enjoy all 3 disciplines to earn your medal. Race the below triathlon distances – whether indoor or outdoor (or even a combination of both) during July.
2,250m swim (approx 90 lengths of 25m pool)
70k cycle
15k run.
All three disciplines don’t have to be done in one go, you can complete sections across the month for example, but all must be completed between 1st and 31st July 2017. Please note, we can only accept one image per discipline, so please consider photo collages or summaries when submitting. Also, in order to be recorded on the results, we will require the total time per discipline (swim, bike and run).
Once you have completed your race, submit proof to us of completion (examples include photo with a running app, your Garmin, running device etc, for swimming we will trust your timings but some photo proof required if an app is not available). Proof must be uploaded by 12noon on 3rd August to claim your medal and appear on the results.
