Flamin-GO September challenge

Run, walk, swim, cycle and/or row any distance (broken down into as many events as you like) between 1st and 30th September 2018 to earn your Flamingo medal.

You must achieve a minimum of 10k across the month (not necessarily done in one go) to claim your medal.

Submissions proving your distance will be required by 3rd October  at 12 noon to claim your medal. Remember, the more you do, the higher up the results table you will be! Anything after the deadline date will not be accepted, you will not appear on the results and will not get your medals, please don’t let this happen.

Once you have submitted, patiently wait for the post to arrive with your medal which will be sent within 5 working days after approval of your submission!

A minimum of 20% donation (from the full price entry) will be donated to The Bridge Homelessness to Hope.
