Week commencing 6th August 2018, run, walk, swim and cycle (or any mixture of the disciplines) as far as you can to earn your medal which is practically perfect in every way!
Submissions proving your distance and showing your race time will be required by 15th August at 12 noon to claim your medal. Anything after this date, will not be accepted, you will not appear on the results and will not get your medals.
You must achieve a minimum of 10k across the week (not necessarily done in one go) to claim your medal.
Once you have submitted, patiently wait for the post to arrive with your medal which will be sent within 5 working days after approval of your submission!
A minimum of 20% donation (from the full price entry) will be donated to a charity TBC.
