Run or walk 10k (in one go) between 1st and 31st January 2017 to claim your January 10k medal and Toe Tagz
Submissions proving your distance and showing your race time will be required by the 3rd February at 12noon to claim your medal (submitted via the ‘My Races’ Section of the website). Anything after this date, will not be accepted, you will not appear on the results and will not get your medals.
Once you have submitted, patiently wait for the post to arrive with your medal which will be sent within 5 working days after approval of your submission!
A minimum of 20% donation (from the full price entry) will be donated to Children’s Hospital Charity.

What are Toe Tagz?
Ever thought what would happen if something happened to you whilst out running? A trip or fall, pulled muscle, general energy crisis or worst case scenario something far more sinister. You need to call your loved one but can you even remember their number?
Your ToeTag is a form of ID which will stay with you at all times unless you lose your trainers, as it’s on your foot! It is small, lightweight and stylish so won’t affect your form, in fact pretty soon you will forget it’s even there!
