Run or walk 5k between 22nd December – 28th December 2019 to claim your exclusive, bespoke medal, part 4! Your event needs done in one go, but you can do it at your pace.

A minimum of 20% donation will be donated to PostPals.

Submit proof – photo with running app, Garmin, running device, screen on the treadmill etc. via the My Races section of the website ahead of the deadline of 12 noon on 31st December 2019.

Please note that these medals will be sent in advance to avoid the Christmas post.
