Distance: Any distance with no minimum
Discipline: Run or walk (to be done in one go)
A minimum of 20% will be donated to Your Local Air Ambulance/Children’s Air Ambulance.
Deadline to submit your result is 12 noon on 21st October – good luck earning your medal!
