    Run or walk 5k (to be done in one go) between 7th and 13th November 2022 to earn yourself a poppy medal (which spins!).

    20% of every race fee will be donated to Blesma.

    Submit proof – Photo with running app, Garmin, running device etc. Proof must be received by 12 noon on 16th November to be eligible to appear on the results table and receive your medal.
