Sunset 5k 2024

For the past few years we have set you the task at running at sunrise, so here is your chance to complete a 5k at the opposite end of the day – at sunset!

Run or walk 5k at 6.30pm (however I won’t be policing the time you go out…) between 1st and 31st October 2024 to claim your bling! The 5k needs to be completed in one go.

Submissions proving your distance and showing your race time will be required by the 3rd November at 12 noon to claim your medal. Anything after this date, will not be accepted, you will not appear on the results and will not get your medals.

The challenge charity is Alzheimer Research UK and they will receive 20% from every entry fee.

Once you have submitted, patiently wait for the post to arrive with your medal which will be posted after we approve your evidence.
