    Virtual Runner UK has teamed up with Sunrise City 5k to offer you a very special virtual race with a limited edition themed medal and a twist!!

    Run or walk 5k at 5.30am between 1st and 31st July 2019 to claim your bling! The 5k needs to be completed in one go.

    Submissions proving your distance and showing your race time will be required by the 3rd August at 12 noon to claim your medal. Anything after this date, will not be accepted, you will not appear on the results and will not get your medals.

    Once you have submitted, patiently wait for the post to arrive with your medal which will be sent within 5 working days after approval of your submission!
